]]> Tue, 20 Sep 2016 02:05:04 +0000 https://www.soliforum.com/post/127024/#p127024 <![CDATA[The Pros & Cons of Kapton Tape in This Case]]> https://www.soliforum.com/post/127023/#p127023 I just finished installing a new heat pad under my aluminum build plate on my SD2.  For the last 2 1/2+ years I have printed on the aluminum covered with Kapton tape then glass & hairspray.  I am currently printing without the tape, but with the glass & hairspray.  Is there any benefit of reapplying the tape between the bed & glass?  I always print on glass.
