I didn't notice any issue with the tubing other than it being a little loose. So I took it out "as show by the xyzware app" and trimmed it just above the line where it was clipped in. Prints are back to how they was when I got the printer now. big_smile

If you don't see it there then it will take a weeks worth of calls and emails to try and get what you want. They do not allow other distributors or companies to sell their parts.

What could be causing it? Because it did not seem to be a problem before I swapped out to the new black filament I got on amazon.
