Looking into all the other help issues I am kind of concerned how i've fallen at the first hurdle - I have picked up the XYZ Davinci Jr, pulled it out of the box and attempted to do the usual hardware installation routine, to find it does not want to install.

I have tried the CD, and then trying the newer version from the website - all failing at the install with this error.

The ususal google-fu does not seem to show anyone else with this issue - does anyone know the solution to this first issue? I have tried multiple versions and all give different error codes but the same discription.
