If you have clicks then the motor is running. You have a jam which Da Vinci is notorious for in stock form. You can't hurt anything by helping the filament with your hands while loading or unloading. Just don't apply enough force to break the filsment. Its best to try to force it in the feed direction but you could also do what is called a cold pull. Google that one as it is tricky. If you are using ABS then you could just take the extruder apart, strip it down to bare metal and soak it over night in Acetone. If it is PLA you could strip it down and burn the filament out with a blow torch. There is no solvent safe for a consumer that will work on PLA.

Hello, i was printing and the filament has been blocked by the end of the davinci cartridge. Now i can't load or unload.
When i try to unload i have no reaction , when i try to load i have a small vibration and i have clicks.
I think that there is a fuse or 0 ohms resistor who has burned but i have no idea of the location .
So i need help to solve this problem
Thanks
Daniel
