			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, I&#039;m guessing it may be easier to roll back a few versions of Slic3r.&nbsp; Try 1.0.0RC3. That is still my favorite version.&nbsp; It simply does what you&#039;d expect.&nbsp; If you do that note that infill is stated as a number between 0-1 instead of a percentage.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>So, just to see how it would come out, I grabbed the latest version of Cura and tried to use it for the 1mm-sided rectangle test. I left the layer thickness at .2, flow % at 90, infill at 50% and the perimeter width I set to .4 (it requires it to be a multiple of the nozzle size, so I figure this would be the best way to tell it to do one perimeter).</p><p>For starters, it really tried hard to do infill, doing a back and forth pattern across the 1mm walls. This resulted in a horrible looking print with gobs of plastic all over the sides. It was not nice and smooth like what I get with slic3r. Much to my amazement though, the walls are *much* closer to 1mm! I get measurements from .97-1.12 but it&#039;s hard to find good spots because of the horrible gobs of plastic all over it.&nbsp; Where I can find good spots, they are all right at 1.00mm</p>]]></description>

If I do *any* infill, it still shows a third path. Perhaps because of infill overlap? I have this currently set to 15%.&nbsp; As a quick test though, I did try setting the infill to 0 with this model, confirmed there were only 2 paths, one for each perimeter.&nbsp; The measurements I&#039;m getting all the way around are almost exactly 1.00mm!&nbsp; This is a neat trick, but it makes me think even more that I&#039;m going to need to print something much thicker to get consistent results.&nbsp; I also tried one at 1.5mm and it comes out to more like 1.8mm all the way around. I suspect as that thickness gets higher, I&#039;ll get better results, but that&#039;s not really what I&#039;m shooting for here.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve noticed this same issue. The newer version of Slic3r in my experience will add an additional perimeter when you&#039;re dealing with a shelled object. I&#039;ve only succeeded in getting 1 or 3 perimeters, but never just the 2 that I want. I suspect it&#039;s a bug, because it happens even when &quot;generate extra perimeters&quot; is disabled. It can really screw with your head, and it definitely messes up dimensions.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I drew up what I think you have there and even at 100% infill Slic3r doesn&#039;t try and fill in between the perimeters.<br />Here&#039;s a picture very close up of what the side of your print should look like.&nbsp; This is at .3mm layer height with a .60 nozzle.&nbsp; This is to help you visualize what I am saying about mechanical slop.<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/ks7Tmd2m.jpg" alt="http://i.imgur.com/ks7Tmd2m.jpg" /></span></p><p>If you get me your .stl (it didn&#039;t show up) and settings (just perimeters, infill and layer height) I will try and duplicate your print to help troubleshoot the cause of your problems.</p>]]></description>
