The RAMBo 1.3 has several IO for fans, additional extruders, and sensors. The E3D V6 hot end was the first improvement I made to the machine after the stock extruder died. Eventually the stock mother board output for the extruder died so I went ahead and upgraded to RAMBo. I recycled everything from the Solidoodle 4 except the mother board connectors and limit switches. Also, light bar switches came from OTRATTW but you can find them on DigiKey and Mouser if you look hard enough.

Spent the last month or so transplanting the RAMBo 1.3 motherboard into my Solidoodle 4 frame. I don't have the motherboard packaged yet but the machine is calibrated and printing well. If anybody is interested in this build I can post the configuration.h files and give a description better than the images show. Final build has the RAMBo 1.3 motherboard, Fleks 3D print bed, and E3D V6 nozzle.
