3 screws should mount the alum. bracket and
the X printed carriage together, there are 3x M3(or M2 not sure) tapping holes on alum. bracket, you are able
to tighten them from bottom of X carriage, not a big deal.
If your prints are shifted, you also have to check if the X timing belt is too loose?

there are 3 screws that hold the aluminum bracket to the plastic parts, 2 in the front and one in back. to get to them you would have to remove the stepper motor... sad  if you are going to go to all that trouble, you may as well do that Lawsy carriage upgrade at the same time

I took a look at that block and I'm not sure that is where my wiggle is coming from. Attached is a video of what is moving. The extruder motor and everything attached to it is moving on top of the part connected to the rails.

So it is possible for the extruder tip to get shifted. This causes a shelf in the print where the rest of the print is now offset. I pulled apart my extruder and tried to figure out how everything is attached to the carriage but the only thing I could find was 2 nuts just above the rails (no idea how to get to those to tighten them) I can take pictures/ video tonight to show a little better what I'm talking about

Move your extruder motor to the rear of you printer.

I used extened M3 screws and bols along with washers for everything.

zipties are cheap and easy - and even come in colors, lol wink

if it is loose, you should be able to grab the end with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it a little tighter
