Finally it was only the Z probe offset that was causing some trouble. Next step is to rewire everything and test!

I use the Marlin firmware and I have some trouble with the auto bed leveling.

I will try some modifications tonight and see what it will do.

Hmm the rumba board has a rep of being fairly easy to setup.

first of all what firmware are you using IE marlin, repetier, or other.
And what part of the firmware are you trying to change.

And last but not least (This may seem like a dumb question ) but are you saving the firmware as you make changes and are you loading the changed firmware on the board? Also you can not have your host software connected to the board when you are loading firmware.

Hi everyone!

Since my original board is dead I purchase a RUMBA board with the smart controller but I'm having a hard time with the firmware modification.

Did someone has tried this setup and have a working firmware?
