Try downloading the calibration pieces I posted a while back and use those to achieve a good scan before trying a more complicated one - http://www.soliforum.com/topic/14568/ea … ion-piece/

I have just added a larger version which helps iron out those small errors to good effect.

It does take a time, but the results are worth the effort.
