			<description><![CDATA[<p>I just did a quick print of this model at 50% of the original size, to save time.&nbsp; </p><p>It&#039;s printed at 0.1mm layers with support enabled, and it took 3:20 hours to complete.&nbsp; Full size it would have taken 17:30 hours.</p><p>It&#039;s a little tough to see the details, but it&#039;s pretty good.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://www.soliforum.com/misc.php?action=pun_attachment&amp;item=9788" alt="http://www.soliforum.com/misc.php?action=pun_attachment&amp;amp;item=9788" /></span></p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Computer Geek - Atlas 3D scan]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here is my latest 3D scan.&nbsp; A Warren Startford figurine of a computer tech.&nbsp; I already posted some mages of the original scan and resulting mesh prior to cleanup and retouching.</p><p><a href="http://www.soliforum.com/post/120207/#p120207">http://www.soliforum.com/post/120207/#p120207</a></p><p>Here is the cleaned up, fixed and re-sculpted mesh.&nbsp; To be able to post it here, I had to reduce the original mesh from just under 1 million faces, down to about 1/10th, or about 92K faces.</p><p>Enjoy, and if print it, please post a couple shots of your print.</p><p><strong>Please do not repost this on other sites.</strong></p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://www.soliforum.com/misc.php?action=pun_attachment&amp;item=9786" alt="http://www.soliforum.com/misc.php?action=pun_attachment&amp;amp;item=9786" /></span></p>]]></description>
