			<description><![CDATA[<p>In the stepper for the z-axis, there is a nut that should hold the rod in place, it has two holes in it for a tightening tool.&nbsp; I would suggest trying to tighten or loosen it.&nbsp; It could be that it&#039;s too loose and not getting appropriate purchase or too tight and causing binding.&nbsp; Another video that also shows what the top of the motor is doing could help diagnose this.<br />Another thought is there could be an issue with the anti-backlash that is causing binding. Grease it all up and see if it helps.</p><p>Also, if you reduce the travel speed, does it still grind?</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Horrible Z Axis Grinding - Help?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>This started recently. I had <em>just </em>gotten the E3Dv6 working, then all my prints began starting high. </p><p>I am able to reliably get it to make horrible noises by doing G1 Z150 then G1 Z10:</p><p><div class="fancy_video_tag_player"><iframe class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="640" height="385" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/0jtIyqOCCAM" frameborder="0"></iframe></div></p><p>(this was after homing x, y, and z)</p><p>Any help would be greatly appreciated!</p>]]></description>
