Got a hold of Tim who graciously sent me another. During the interim, I had a major stroke and spent near 4 weeks in the hospital and rehab.  I'm back - kinda sorta!!  Replaced the laser without disrupting much and started again. Still can't connect by WiFi, so connected by cat5 and address.  No lasers, camera works, so I know it's booting, but no lasers.  Wiring seems OK.  What did I screw up now?
