			<description><![CDATA[<p>You could bridge it and that bypass it without removing it. there are a few ways to easily bridge it. one would be to solder a wire across both ends this way is easy to remove o wire in a switch that you can chose to turn on and bridge or leave off and make the resister be used.</p><p>another way is to solder bridge it.</p>]]></description>
