rjp it looks like zwobble firmware might need a little more fine tuning. I'm pretty sure you can get even better results with that.

Well it's been about 3 weeks now since I received the unit and have made tremendous progress with getting it dialed in.

I performed the following so far:

BTW.. Running Repetier .84 on WIN8 Dedicated XPS laptop

Just printed the Hysteresis fix and still need very little fine tuning but completely satisfied at this point

Extruder Fan Mod
Jigsaw replacement MK4 (just waiting on my Solidoodle order for new hot end)
Hysteresis fix
VIKI LCD install (Waiting on shipping to start)
Custom Enclosure
