			<description><![CDATA[<p>Not really, they say that you should pay special attention to the power supply and current converter. If you take the <a href="http://www.soliforum.com/topic/14142/davinci-led-pinout/">wifi light bulb</a>, you need to provide the connection source with the right voltage. If it is a section of the circuit, the values are best measured with an ammeter and voltmeter. If a direct connection is made to the current source (this may be a rectifier, battery or battery), it will be sufficient to know their ratings as indicated in the marking or accompanying documentation. The 5v line designation is just confusing. Re-measure everything and try a different power supply</p>]]></description>

The 12V is used to power the LED strip, while the 5v line is for turning it off/on via a controller pin.</p><p>I have a DaVinci Jr LED strip -- I&#039;m sure it&#039;s similar if not identical -- that I hooked up to a pin on my RAMPS 1.4 board, and I can turn it on/off via the 5v pin (even control its brightness by setting the pin half on).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m replacing the electronics on my Davinci with a RAMPS 1.4 board.&nbsp; Last item on my list is this:&nbsp; The LED light strip in the enclosure oddly has a 3 wire hookup.&nbsp; Any idea what this is?&nbsp; (Most LEDs are either 2 wire (single color) or 4 wire (RGB leds) ) </p><p>Also, anyone know that the voltage for the LED strip is?&nbsp; 12V?&nbsp; 5V? 3.3V?</p>]]></description>
