			<description><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone have a copy of their original instructions with pictures? I have updated my firmware once before trying to get this POS to work. </p><p>I believe the correct site is support.solidoodle.com/hc/en-us/articles/201317740-Firmware but the page just says &quot;Account not active&quot;. Is solidoodle broke? Their whole support site is down!</p><p> I see the Teensy serial in device manager, but hid_bootloader_cli is getting hung up waiting to find it.</p>]]></description>
