Power on, put a jumper on JP3 (center of board) then shorted those pins in box #3 in the picture until windows made the noise like a USB disconnect.

My command, for the record hid_bootloader_cli -mmcu=at90usb1286 -w -v SolidoodlePress_Latest_FW_E3D_Ready.cpp.hex

I have updated my firmware once before trying to get this POS to work.

I believe the correct site is support.solidoodle.com/hc/en-us/articles/201317740-Firmware but the page just says "Account not active". Is solidoodle broke? Their whole support site is down!

I see the Teensy serial in device manager, but hid_bootloader_cli is getting hung up waiting to find it.
