I've dealt with these for quite some time and just ignored them, but I learned a few weeks ago that there was a retraction bug in Marlin. Suspecting this never got pushed back to Solidoodle, I went ahead and updated to Marlin 1.1.10RC3, and all of my blobbing issues are gone forever. Start points are practically invisible now.

I still get great finish with just some Z wobble and flat surfaces are great, I have already done calibration for each roll of filament. Any suggestions to fix, I know it has to be Slic3r related somehow.
