Hopefully I have found the right mixture that I will be able to get the piece off without too much work.  Nothing yet in my experience beats being able to just paint on a thin layer of watered down mod podge.

I have read about similar processed with elmer's glue, so I guess this isn't anything too new... but I like it!

You should still try aquanet hairspray on bare glass or Kapton.. It holds as long as the bed is hot. Once the bed cools near room temp the part can be picked up with no effort. No corner issues ever..

I second the hairspray and some glue idea. Works great for me, wait until the part cooled off but not TOO long and it comes off almost by itself.

Easy, go to home depot. Get an 8 x 10 picture glass, buy a glass cutter and cut it. If your not the DIYer then go to your local glass shop and have them do one the same dimensions as stock in 3mm thick glass. Get several done just in case..
