Yeh, i solved the top by printing 2 of them one in each corner of the bed and having a fan blowing on it, but the bottom few layers are a mess, using a feeler gauge I have a 0.1 mm gap between the head and bed, I've printed 6 now and all suffer from the bottom few layers being squashed together.

Below is a pyramid 20mm x 20mm x 20mm but it prints out only 18mm high and about 2mm too wide all round.
I'm using the latest xyz firmware and host, ABS at 0.3 layer height. My bed level is 225,225,225 with a layer of blue printers
tape on it. Oh and I printed it at standard speed.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
