There are YouTube videos showing this if you need a reference.</p><p>The XYZ software will assume the 3w file is genuine, and your printer will do whatever the gcode tells it to.</p><p>You shouldn&#039;t need to mod anything to make this work.</p><p>That said, this printer *is* easy to mod if you&#039;re willing to learn and are mechanically inclined.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>As Scobom said the 10A will and has been tested only for XYZ&#039;s PLA which melts at a lower temp then most third party stuff. Also if you have printed ABS in the past then you need to some how trick the machine into thinking ABS is loaded and run a meter or so of PLA through the nozzle at ABS temp.. What is happening if you have used ABS is that you still have ABS in the nozzle but printing at PLA temps which are not hot enough for ABS so that is blocking up the nozzle.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>As far as I&#039;m aware, the 1.0A can only print xyz&#039;s own PLA.<br />If you&#039;re using 3rd party PLA, you&#039;ll probably need to mod or replace the hotend to get it to work properly.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?5yWpkMl.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?5yWpkMl.png" /></span><br />I do apologize it&#039;s a da Vinci 1.0a <br />What I&#039;ve done is refilled the stock cartridge with pla and reset the cartridge.<br />I also have tryed feeding it from top spool see if that helps but no keeps failing on print are snapping the filament.<br />Does not give me option to change to pla on computer settings as it errors I&#039;m using abs filament.<br />Really don&#039;t want to buy abs filament as I&#039;m worried it will not work <br />Thank you for your reply</p>]]></description>
