			<description><![CDATA[<p>Right. When I set the temp from the LCD it just keeps going. Doesn&#039;t matter about what the print specifies. It&#039;s like a balloon floating away. <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/wink.png" width="15" height="15" alt="wink" /></p><p>Ramps sounds good, but I need documentation. I&#039;ve never done it.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sounds like you blew more than just the protection resistors then. Just one more question, you said you set temps by using the LCD? So when you set the temp there it will pass the set point or only once a print starts? If it climbs from the LCD setting then the control on the main board is blown and its time to start trolling ebay or users here that are parting out for a board. Or consider swapping to a RAMPS 1.4 and be done with XYZ all together.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m using Repetier.&nbsp; I usually set the temp from the LCD.&nbsp; I can&#039;t print unless I turn off that one extruder or it will decouple.&nbsp; It works fine with the other extruder.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It only starts heating when told.&nbsp; The problem is when it&#039;s told to do 230, it keeps going and going until it fails.&nbsp; I replaced the thermistor in that hot end thinking maybe it had a problem reading the temp.</p>]]></description>

The bed has a totally different thermistor from the hot end. The bed thermistor wont even fit in the hot end as it is a flat device nearly a quarter inch square.</p>]]></description>
