I use it on my CTC but I also use PETG which has similar strength to Polycarbonate but the ease of PLA. Not sure the pro could do the 265 needed for it. I have used PLA as well and found supports still much easier to remove with S3D over other host and slicer combos.</p>]]></description>

I did not know the software would allow me to print an item if it was not grounded. If that fails I may try to import the file into blender and see if I can split it into two pieces that way.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m trying to print a bladed item (Batarang) with a beveled top and bottom edge.</p><p><a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:951425">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:951425</a></p><p>Problem I run into is that although the bevel should be symmetrical on the top and bottom, it appears that gravity makes it so the bottom flattens out a bit and becomes quite a bit more shallow than the top. What print settings might I tweak to fix this?</p><p>Using da Vinci pro <br />Hatchbox PLA.<br />10% infill.<br />.15 layer height <br />5 top layers<br />5 normal<br />3 infill. </p><p>I don&#039;t remember the speed settings I have for the extruder but I&#039;ll post those shortly when I get home.</p>]]></description>
