The most problems are the feeder spring and the temperature.

When you are using a soft filament, then it is squeezed and it will clog the extruder. So you have to reduce the spring force, or you have to use harder filament.

The feeder "Clicking" sound is generated, when the temperature is to low while you are using "hard" filaments. You have to use higher temeratures (225°C).

It took me two years to understand that.

Just an FYI - Extruder temp for the Jr. is set at 190C. When first heating up for a build, the heater overshoots to 205C-215C but rapidly cools to ~190C. Mine seems to run at 191C the whole time once it starts printing. Also, there is no way to change the extruder temp on the Jr. The temp is actually set by the NFC card inside the spool.

Okay. It works. I took the extruder apart and reseated the silver guide piece. I still had a lot of problems but finally figured out that there was an old strand of filiment that wasn't letting me reload the filament. Once I got it out and reloaded the filament. I built the sample.

Well I think I have figured out the issue. Unfortunately, I don't think I have a way to open up the extruder to see if I can fix it. I just uploaded this to YouTube. I'm guessing this shouldn't sound like this.

http://youtu.be/gNTd5meym6k

Mine was set at .9mm from the factory and I went ahead and changed it to 1.2mm, however, I don't think that was the issue. On the initial set up, it had a small stream on the load mode. I did the load mode again and it had a steady stream. Both times, the stream stopped in the build mode. After the second try, it wouldn't stream in the load mode.

Actually, I have been wondering if the temp is staying at that temp. I notice that it goes up to 205c at the load mode but if I immediately go to build mode, it's dropped about 50c in temp and has to heat back up to 205c. That may be normal. I don't know.

Just thinking out loud: is there anything that would interfere with the filament feeding into the extruded, some binding or extra friction? From your earlier post, I infer that the temperature stays above 200 degrees. Why would it be different during the build than in load mode?
