It's known to be pretty poor quality.

It has moisture in it. Also could be under temp. Maybe bump the temp up 5 degrees. But I am leaning on bad filament.

My first print was one of the samples and it came out great. I then wanted to print a model I have been working on. I ran the file through netfabb for repair and then loaded it into xyzware. It came out ok, except for the little bubbles that were all around the model. What could be the cause of this?

Layer height: .2mm
Shell: 3
Extruder: 212C
Bed: 90C
15mm/sec print speed
