You can download it from their website. Their software will output a .3w file that your Davinchi Junior will recognize.

An stl file must be run through a slicer. The slicer will convert the file to gcode.

The program the printer comes with will do this.

The software can but not the printer. The printer can only use the files that the software converts the STL to which is usually a gcode file or the Da Vinci format which is something like s3w.
