I have run calibration tests but the print nozzle is way to far above the bed.  its probably floating a good 1/4 to half inch higher than it should be to print. 

How can I fix this? 

I ran z calibration and its currently set to 3.0  but that didn't seem to do anything at all. 

The probe is dropped down and just floating a smidge above the glass plate and wont retract when printing starts.


Whats going on?  Totally lost here.
