If necessary you may need to back the bed level down to the minimum then send a home command and see where that gets you. If you are then above the bed as you should be, just calibrate your bed height then. If your Z is more than a few MM off then you have a command in your firmware overriding the Z endstop. Since it does this with a test file that rules out a setting in slicer or your start gcode as you said.</p>]]></description>
