Wait for it to completely cool and it should pop off with little to no effort. The offset could be caused by the filament binding. Do you remove the shipping plug from the side of the cartridge?

Hi everyone,

I just bought a da Vinci jr and set it up. I saw things I have questions about.

Now I know that it being perfect right out of the box is an unrealistic expectation so I know some adjusting needs to be done.

1. My first print I did was a download from xyz's site. About 1/2 way through something happened where the print was off by about a 1/4". So the second 1/2 was offset from the first half. What could cause that? I attached a photo so you can see.

2. After the first print I adjusted the z-axis from .80 to .70. When I started a second print, this time just the sample on the ad card, for the first couple of layers the spool feed clicked. I read somewhere else this is probably due to the head being to close to the play. True?

3. So the sample piece printed just fine. But now it is stuck to the covering paper which is stuck to the glass. I can't get either one to come up. How do I get it up?
