Also, thinking through it further, I don't believe the SD2 would be rigid enough to handle milling anything harder then Ren Foam. 

Maybe it's a good idea to stick with lasering!

I wonder if anyway to do that milling machine mod without removing your extruder...hmmm

I'm not fond of hanging the live hot end on the frame of the machine...there must be a better workaround.
