			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok here&#039;s the latest.&nbsp; </p><p>I told &quot;them&quot; Replicator-G won&#039;t cut it anymore and that I was switching to Makerware.&nbsp; If they didn&#039;t like that too *redacted* bad.&nbsp; &nbsp;They wanted Rep-G because of reasons only they understood.</p><p>What it came down to...&nbsp; &nbsp;I changed the filament size (smaller),&nbsp; upped my flow-rates and added more layers.&nbsp; Parts are MUCH better now.</p><p>So all&#039;s well that ends well.</p>]]></description>

The biggest hang on RepG is that it uses Skeinforge which is a nightmare in both function and terminology.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have the same printer but I can&#039;t really help as I did away with the outdated software they offered. I got Simplify3D which supports this printer directly with premade profiles that dial it right in form the beginning and supports the X3G format. I also got rid of the Mightyboard and went with an Azteeg X3 Pro. Unfortunately I never used their software enough to help you. But it looks like an issue with flowrate and maybe your feedrate is not calibrated for the nozzle.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?1M7v4nF.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?1M7v4nF.jpg" /></span></p><p>Material is PLA,&nbsp; temp is 202-205 (won&#039;t flow below 200,&nbsp; turns into goosh above 207).&nbsp; &nbsp; I&#039;ve tried it with other PLA materials and gotten similar results.&nbsp; &nbsp;Those materials range from 190 to 210 in temp.&nbsp; &nbsp; Hotbed runs at about 50 to 65 depending on which material I am using&gt;</p><p>ABS gives nearly identical results.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[CTC MB-clone Replicator-G questions again]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well I got the bottom layer mostly sorted out thanks to the help on here.</p><p>Now I need to figure out how to fill in the top layer.&nbsp; &nbsp;I&#039;ve tried various infill patterns and %s going up to 75% and so far I can&#039;t get the top layer to fill in.&nbsp; &nbsp;I end up with enormous gaps and holes,&nbsp; same problem I had with the bottom.</p><p>Which line(s) in the G-code alter the top layer ?</p>]]></description>
