Try printing overhangs/bridges if you want to test what you SD can do.  Do the prints in both .3 and then .1mm and see what kind of results you get.

I'm as much of a noob as you are. (still waiting on my sd3...) but there is a nice torture test file on thingaverse that is much smaller plus has the added advantage on being able to compare your results with other people who have printed it.
