I have had problems with clogs before but was always able to clear it. This time, however, I cannot find a solution.

I took the whole hotend assembly apart to clear a clog. I used acetone and the result was some nice and shiny parts that looked like they were brand new. Put everything together and everything seemed to work fine when extruding. Started a print withour a problem but suddenly it clogged and nothing came out at all.

I then simply unclogged it by pushing an allen wrench down where the filament goes and could push it trough without a problem. The it worked wor a few minutes and then clogged completely again.

I have done this a few more times. Easy to clear but cloggs again almost right away.

Have anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?
