Once you install Repetier you can no longer disconnect or turn off the computer. It prints now using a live stream. The only other choice would be to put the SDcard on an extension cable then you could print from the SDcard.

Im not sure why, and now I have change the port to one in the back and now it says com29 insted.

Its connected, I can move all axsis from s3d.

This is how it looks in my tree:

Hmm. When I go in to change the port, it says that the ports are used =/

I know that this has something to do with the printer =/

EDIT: So now I have clear the regeditkey and the printer is now at port5. But still only M105 with no respons..

EDIT: Reinstalled the USB to serial driver and changed to a new cable, seems to work, getting codes back from printer.
BUT: If having the box on both bed and extruder for the "wait for temperature controller to stabilize before build" checked, only the bed will heat.

And now I unchecked the box for the bed and extruder starts to heat up. But when heated up, the printer restarted itself..=/

And when trying to reconnect, I get the M105 without any respons again. GHHAAAAAAAA

EDIT: Everytime this happens, I can delete the Arduino DUE driver and reinstall it, than it works, for now. I have to do some prints and see if its F***ing up again.

Isnt there a way to upload the build to the printer, so that my computer dont need to stay connected to the printer during the build?

For one why are you on COM 26? Some programs have issues with COM ports higher than 5. Not sure why but I remember reading this on a printer related post.

Is COM 26 even the correct port? I trust you already tried the usual of unplugging all the USB and rebooting the computer and printer. Also make sure you are using a direct connection and not a hub. If the hub is powered it might be OK but using hubs with 3D printers is not advised.
