The tweezers need to have ridges at the tip to engage the nut and trap it. You want to spread the tweezers so that you can stick one of the legs into the hole on the left side of the nut and it should jam as you turn the screw.

If your tweezers are smooth tipped, you'll not really get anywhere.

Maybe a picture of what your dealing with will help.
There's only 2 or 4 bolts that hold it on the printer. 2 attach to the motor and 2 attach it to the carriage. A screwdriver between the layers of acrylic should snap them apart but it shouldn't be this difficult.

Would hitting it really hard with a hammer until the acrylic cracks open be detrimental to the rest of the printer?!? Because hex screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers are getting me no where with getting this stupid piece of plastic off.

The acrylic is junk so just break it off. I have three of those assemblies laying around and even if you get it apart you'll never get it back together without breaking it.

I definitely make that, as I have access to other printers now, but that still doesn't get the old set up off of my printer. I can literately take off every screw and bolt and I still can't get to those two held in the plexiglass.

I tried to print some bronzefill, and clogged my extruder. The clog is in between the print head and the wheels, and can't be removed manually or via heating. So I figured I now have to take the print head off. I unscrewed the bottom part and cleared it up, but there still is a clog above that. How do you get the part above the head off? The videos show you sticking a tweezer into the top part with the acrylic to keep the screw from turning and then using a wrench on the bottom part, but nothing I stick into the to top part will keep the screw from turning.
