			<description><![CDATA[<p>My theory (starting from my lack of experience) is that overhang sections, not having under them a material which to stick to, tend to stick with the nozzle of the extruder and lift from their right position (then the problem of the nozzle pushing and rubbing that lifted material). If so, providing a material like supports under them, they could remain in their horizontal position, and maybe, increasing the temperature, a more fluent PLA wouldn&#039;t have that tendency to remain stuck with the nozzle. I don&#039;t know how the speed could affect with this issue.</p><p>I have to experiment these two ways: adding supports (I think itsn&#039;t usual to add supports to a circular shape as bottom U) and raising temperature.</p><p>(The problem with the overhangs in this case isn&#039;t that these ones go down but they go up)</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>As Carl said, try printing slower and use a layer fan to cool the PLA as it prints.<br />A layer fan will help greatly with small parts and overhangs.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>My first printing with PLA. This is not a XYZ PLA but another one from the brand BQ which is tagged as 220ºC to extrude.</p><p>This piece is an ensemble with the letters M, V and U, in which the M has a quite decent appearance.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?KApqk31.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?KApqk31.jpg" /></span></p><p>However the external curve of the U has been a little disaster-</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?HNNKRKS.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?HNNKRKS.jpg" /></span><br /><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?FyFC7CC.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?FyFC7CC.jpg" /></span><br /><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?bBN1FAh.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?bBN1FAh.jpg" /></span></p><p>What do you think the fail is? Which is the cause?</p><p>(I was watching while printing at the beginning and saw that the layers were stacking in a perfect horizontal way on the M and the V but were remaining a bit higher in the external sides of the curve of the U in a such way that in the next layer the nozzle of extruder pushed to the material from the previous layer. I&#039;m sure that pushing and rubbing from the nozzle was responsible for the deformation you can see in the pics. How can I correct this behaviour?)</p>]]></description>
