I've been using proto pastas flex plate successfully. It is like glass and you can bend it to pop off prints

IMHO throw a piece of cheap window glass on top of the aluminum plate then either glue down with hairspray ( you need to cycle the heat a few times to cure it) or use binder clips. Spray the glass with hairspray (aquanet).
I have been printing over a year on my sd4 with aluminum bed and torn kapton tape. IIRC less than $5 for a piece of glass from the hardware store , a dozen binder clips from the stationary dept at walmart and the aquanet .
Either take the glass off to spray or shield the printhead and guide rods.

The last printer I had that did actually print straight to aluminum was a 3DStuffmaker Evolution and that aluminum was anodized and had a special coating on it. I am not so sure just plain aluminum works that well.
Honestly I would use it as a heat spreader then put glass on top of the aluminum.

Maybe put some heatresistant undercoating from a car on the plate or plasti dip ? xD BTW I am getting retraction blobs do you know how to fix them?

You must use one of the necessary evils which are glue, painters tape that leaves no mess and hairspray. That is the only way to assure things will stick. If you use very clean glass it will sometimes stick but no telling for how long.

Hello I recently bought a 20 x 20 cm aluminium plate. I sanded it with a 80 grit sandpaper but my PLA wont stick to it it has the same texture as 2000 grit sandpaper. I am printing at 60°C on the build plate and 185°C on the extruder. The bed is leveled right. I dont want to use glue or painterstape because of the mess.
