Google it.</p></blockquote></div><p>I&#039;ve had a go with the Kinect and while it does a decent job of large objects and people, it&#039;s pretty poor with smaller things. It just doesn&#039;t have the resolution for it.<br />Plus, in order to export STLs at a decent resolution, you need to buy the Pro version at about £90.<br />Having said that, I was thinking about going the Xtion Pro Live/Skanect route. It has a higher scanning res than Kinect apparently.<br />I&#039;m torn between that and the BQ Ciclop. I might hang off to see how the xyz scanner pans out.<br />Sorry for getting a bit off-topic.</p>]]></description>
