That looks more like the Z wobble rather than print settings.

That we would be hardware and show regardless of software. He only gets it when he uses cura slicer settings.

How many perimeter walls are you printing and what is your infill percentage? That actually looks to me like thin perimeter walls where the infill joined the wall and distorted it just a bit.

Shells are adjusted to 0.8mm, and infill density to 25%.

Do you think that the infill overlap (15%) could have any influence on this waves?

Were you moving significantly faster? if so you may be getting a harmonic vibration. Try slowing the print speed down.

The piece on the left (without waves) was printed in XYZware and stock firm at the lowest speed. The one on the right with Reptier firm and software at a very low speed (maybe 10% of the total length of the slider in Cura settings). In my opinion there isn't a significant difference). That about a harmonic vibration is a interesting approach.

I did a test setting in Cura Filament->Flow to 90% but same result, the wavy pattern.

Where do you ask to Repetier to extrude 100mm?

To check your suggestion I'm doing an "alt-e" in Repetier-host but there isn't any response, maybe I have to connect the printer before to do it?

How I do it is measure 150 mm and mark it. (I measure from where it enters the extruder) then tell repetier to extrude 100 mm (note you have to have the hot end up to temp for it to extrude)

Then measure it again. we need to know the amount actually extruded so we take 150 - the amount of your 2nd measurement and you will have the amount actually extruded. lets call this value Y

Next we need to know the steps per mm for the extruder so we can go into the view firmware (alt + e) and look for  extr .1 steps per mm (lets call this X).  Now To figure out what you need to change this to do the following take (100 * x )/y = then new value for x

Enter the new value and then repeat just to verify.  You want to get this close it doesn't have to be exact so a few mm off isn't a big deal if its more then 5 mm I would adjust it  as long as you are within 5 I would leave it

Yes, that top surfaces of yours are similar to that I obtain, but in my picture what I want to remark are the vertical waves in the "V" face that was printed in vertical (it's not the top of the printing).
