I checked the readout on the extruder and it was still showing 230 +/-2 degrees at all times. </p><p>Anyone else seen this? There is no clicking or anything. I made sure they were all manually leveled with the paper method, which has worked perfect for the past 3 months. I even tried doing a print from the Rep console and got the exact same problem on all three.</p></blockquote></div><p>I had the same problem with my E3D v6. As a quick solution I put a zip tie arround the motor and the arm of the idler wheel. Now I am switched to a bowden solution. Maybe you need just a new spring?</p>]]></description>
