Everything works great. I only use cheaper filament. I probably reset my cartridges like twice a week.

The only issue is the latest xyz ware and the firmware. Basically the latest firmware doesn't take the nozzle and bed temperature from the cartridge. Also the XYZ ware update connects to the internet. then if the cartridge is reset xyz can shut the cartridge down remotely. There was info about it over on http://www.wctek.com. It also has the info on all the firmware types. Hope it helps
