Well I've had my .4mm ed3 nozzle for over a year, and it's pretty beat up! I decided to replace the nozzle the heater block & heat break, Also I used a pre-assembled thermistor. Why all the work? well last time I tried separating the nozzle from the heat break I ended up stripping the threads and I ended up with a leaky (aka crappy) nozzle. total cost about $56.00 us. more than worth it given it's the only maintenance I've done in a year. Soory no images, but I'm getting .05mm resolution from the SD4.
