Thanks Tito I tried the reset button several times... no help.. upon further inspection of the board I found a part (with 3 legs) right next to the power input plug it had a blister(?) showing... I replaced the board and all is good till I loaded a file.. and tried to print it..... I start the print and the printer tries to drive the hot end off the hotbed... in the y direction... any idea what might cause that?

stk500 is the protocol used to program the Arduino controller. On most boards it works 100% software but on some you may need to hit the reset button at the right time (when your computer is waiting)

I get this error "stk500v2(): timeout communication with programmer", This is happening while I'm trying to up load the Marlin_delta2 file to my printer for the first time... The computer give a tone indicating it sees the board. I get a Green flashing LED on the board, and the red LEDs at the end stops....
