No one wants to be bothered. Google tried to get some industry wide initiative going for regular updates, and had lots of people sign up with great fanfare, but actual updates to non-Nexus devices are still pretty rare (they have happened sometimes). It will be interesting to see if the new Moto phones get updates since google owns them now.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I want to use a droid because I have one laying around and I am sure others do as well.&nbsp; I take my printer to 3d meetups and such and I think it would be pretty sweet to just pull up a gcode file from my dropbox (stl would be amazing) and hit print on a phone.</p><p>Of course I don&#039;t need to print from a droid, I want to.</p><p>rPi still needs a power outlet and a wifi dongle.&nbsp; A droid is a pocket based fully contained solution.</p>]]></description>
