If it doesn't make weird sounds on the way down it's probably ok. If the threads are damaged, you should be able to see that with close inspection.

If it is a bit noisy, or the motor's struggling, maybe a bit of lubrication (light oil, e.g. 3-in-1 does ok) could help?

For z, it seams like every time a layer changes it has hard time adjusting. I guess sometimes it goes down more than it should. Especially for the first couple of layers. Maybe my rods treads are damaged?

I'm betting your stepper driver stepping voltages need to be adjusted.

i didnt face with this problem when i first installed the e3d. I couldnt get a decent print but it was caused by over extrusion.

i didnt have this problem on my first prints. Why would it happen now?
maybe one of my endstops are manually coming on during print?
