Bottle cap thread sizes are set by the International Society of Beverage Technologists. http://www.threadspecs.com/threadspecs-downloads.asp lists all the different thread specs. If it's an 18mm diameter than it's probably SP400. Here's the spec sheet!

In the images I have a bottle top I figured it's a 3.6 mm pitch, 18.5 mm radius, and each length is about 38mm,  but I can't get the right twist so I get three individual helix at  the right hieght in freecad. Can someone with a bigger brain help?
