Its in the firmware unfortunately finding it my be a pain. I will look in about 30 minutes when I have access to a pc. Just to confirm you are running Repetier firmware correct?

OK, found it. It's in the configuration.h tab when you open the firmware in Arduino. Go down to around line 1231 and look for #define UI_ENCODER_SPEED 1.

Your options are 0 to 2 with 0 being fastest. Default is 1.
