Of course support is nonexistent, has anyone had trouble with the XYZ software damaging your computer?

There is custom firmware available (Repetier) for other Da Vinci models but not sure if it's possible to flash a Duo with it ??

Edit : Forgot about the xyzware openmod. That gives you a few more control options and also allows you to import gcode from other slicers.
