I've recently purchased an SD4, and I always liked to tinker with everything I can get, so I started searching for modifications, upgrades, etc.But I noticed they are all scattered around the forum. That isn't convenient for anyone, so I decided that while I'm waiting for my printer, I'm gonna search for all the topics that have instructions to make the upgrades. It will be a diagram that will have diverse color codes representing difficulty and arrows will represent for what model the upgrade applies and if additional steps are required, it will be showing what previous Upgrades/Modifications that are needed for the next one.I will be adding as much as I can to the thread, but I know there are several people here with more knowledge about this than me, so everybody is invited to submit suggestions/ideas/information or whatever they think should be added. Support for the workbench, Workbench Apprentice, and the press will be added later when the first 3 printers are finished:

+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Lawsy’s MK5 Extruder +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Author: Lawsy (http://www.soliforum.com/user/51/)
Files: (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:111213/#files)
Lawsy’s Extruders have been a community favorite since they were released, making the stock feel inferior in many ways. The fifth iteration of it is no difference. With a sturdier tension arm and contra measures to prevent any kind of wobble, this extruder is the most used in the Solidoodle community. It is a simple upgrade most of the members will be able to perform easily and quickly.
++++++ Materials ++++++
2x M3 x 10mm
1x M3 x 16mm
Original parts from jigsaw extruder
STL Files
++++++ Materials ++++++
Step One:

Print the STLs at Maximum infill.
Step Two:

Take out the supports and sand if needed
Step Three:

The locking arm of the extruder should be fitted and held in place by an M3 x 10mm bolt.
Step Four:

Use the old parts from the Jigsaw extruder (bolts, washers and the bearing).
