My Da Vinci AIO 1.0 is giving me weird problem. I have most up to dated software, firmware, no mod, and using XYZ's original filament. I am also not using any filament resetter.

I was able to print without any problem until one day the XYZware stopped after the slicing and tells me "cartridge 1 low in filament". The filament I was using is almost empty (6M left per the software and printer); my print only needs 3M). So, I put in a new filament and the software and printer tells me I have 240M left!!! So I thought all is good ....

When I go to print, it gives me the same message from the software?! The weird thing is the printer itself tells me I have 240M and the software too?!

Any idea? I tried their support and to no surprise, after 1 day of waiting, they asked me for the basic information like firmware version, print hours, ...etc which I already provided in the first email :-(
