Hello eveyone, I an absolutely a noob to 3D printing so please be patient with me. I received my da Vinci 3D printer last week and set it up in my classroom. I followed all unpacking procedures, took out my cartilage colored filament, removed the rubber filament stopper from the cartridge and then loaded the filament. Filament streamed out of the extruder into the filament disposal box so i figured I was good to go. I went to print the demo build keychain right off the printer menu and the printer went to work. The test strip printed on the front right of the glass print bread no problem, but when it went to the center to print the key chain the extruder was moving but nothing was happening. After 50% build the extruder was moving but nothing was being printed. I though maybe the extruder was clogged so I unloaded the filament and loaded a different color to see if it would go through so I loaded in my blue filament and it loaded fine with blue filament streaming into my disposal box. I tried to print again with the blue and had the same non printing result. I have included pictures of my successful filament load, calibration, and screen shots of my printing temperatures. Any help would be great since XYZ support is no help at all.
